Bunny Lodge Rabbitry

Please read before you contact me and put some deposit on your fur baby. I handle each bunny from the day they were born until the day they are leaving my care. All my bunnies are my Pets and living indoors, I want my bunnies to be part of your family. Bunnies can live up to 8-12 years some made it to 15years. PLEASE make sure you do your research before you decided to have them. No bunny will leave my care before the age of 8 weeks for any reason, some may stay longer depends on how they are doing after weaned. For some reason you are NO longer want/care for your bunny, I'm happy to take them back and find them a good home with NO MONEY BACK. If you want me to hold the bunny for you I require 50% of the bunny valuable deposit just to reserve them. The "Pick Up" date is the date you will pay the remaining balance for your bunny. We will meet at a public location. Please ask about this location when making your deposit so that plans can be arranged in advance. If you cant make it to the Pick Up date we can reschedule once (Within a week) after your first reschedule and you cant Pick Up your bunny I will place your bunny back for sale and your deposit will be lost. When picking up your bunny please bring a small animal carrier or small well-ventilated for your bunny to ride home with you. Please keep this in mind the more bunny comfortable with you the fast you will bond with him/her. Bunny's sending home package will be sent home with the bunny on the pick-up date. Pedigree and Birth Certificate can be made upon request with some extra charge.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure you do your research before you put down the deposit. Please be sure and do your best research about what breed you are interested in and how to care for them. Rabbits require love and care daily same as cats and dogs. Also please be sure if your landlord is allowed you to have a bunny. Be aware that I have the right to cancel the sale at any time for any reason. I will refund your deposit if the reason for the cancellation was my own fault. If something happened to the bunny that you chose under my care before the pick up date, you would have the choice of receiving your deposit back or choosing another bunny. Obviously, if the value of the new bunny is greater than the previous one additional deposit will be required.

***Sale Policy and Agreement***
- NO rabbits will be sold to anyone age under 18 without parent’s approval.
- NO rabbits will leave our care under the age of 8 weeks old, some might stay longer depending on how that specific rabbit is doing after weaned from mom.
- The remaining balance for local pick-up can be paid in Cash, Venmo , Zelle, or Apple Pay.
- All bunnies will go home with bunny’s sending home package.
- All rabbits must be picked up within 3 days from ready to go home date, unless we scheduled other dates.
- Bunny’s Care fees of $25 per day will be charged if we must hold a rabbit longer than expect due to not able to pickup or after rescheduled once.
- We require a 50% of adoption fee (NON-RUNDABLE ) deposit to reserve a rabbit till they are ready to go home.
- Deposits can be placed via Venmo & Zelle
- In the case that something happens to the rabbit you reserved while remaining under my care I will refund your money.
- I have the right to cancel the sale of my rabbit at anytime if I feel uncomfortable letting my rabbit go to you without explanation why?
- I’m NOT responsible for any Vet bills, illness, or death after the rabbit leaves my care.
- I won’t be able to guarantee 100% gender on any rabbit, I will do my best of my abilities to sex all rabbit correctly, however if you suspect a gender mistake, please reach out to me and I will do my best to make things right!
- Im not guarantee if my bunny will successfully in breeding / results
- Any cancelations by you(buyer) for any reasons, I will NOT refund your money, your deposit will be forfeited
- By placing a deposit on a rabbit you are interested in, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions within this sale policy!
- Each rabbit comes with 72 hours health guarantee. A new owners family will have 72 hours to take them to the Vet, with Vet proof of sickness (within 72 hours) I will take my bunny back and refund your money back.
- If you decided not to take the bunny to the Vet within 72 hours and the bunny becomes ill , sick , or die under your care I won’t be responsible for any of Vet bills, refund, no bunny will be offered for any replacements.
- I will do my very best to answer your questions, help and support, giving some advice/ guidelines as far as my knowledge goes.

***Pricing***
Let’s talk about Haggling. Getting a Pet Rabbit isn’t like getting stuff animal at target, and responsible breeders set their prices for very specific reasons. When planning on healthy litter involved a lot of time, effort, money, health checking, care, food, supplements, and socialization. When you choose to get your bunny from a responsible breeder you pay for all the work that goes into producing your Pet rabbit. Well bred, well raised bunny can become a good component with a good temperament and it goes for many years to come. If you think it deeply, the price you pay it’s a way of respect a responsible breeder. And the biggest reason is to keep a responsible breeder to maintain their good practices. Please understand and respect the price on each bunny, there is hard work, energy, and time put into each and every bunnies you see pictured bellow. I spend countless hours and love from all my heart into each of them to make sure I’m producing a quality buns. Purchasing a bunny from us means you have read and agreed to our sale policies. Prices are set (none-negotiable) and range between $250-$500 depending on body types, color of each rabbits, eyes color. Please agreed and respect the price I set on each rabbits before messaging me.
